how to retune
If you already receive Freeview using a digital set top box, you should occasionally retune it to receive the latest channels as they're added.

Some boxes retune automatically. Otherwise press "Menu" or "Setup" on your remote control and follow the on-screen or printed instructions.

Depending on the language your equipment uses, choose "update", "retune" or "store".
